Healing Special 01 - Bent No More.

It was again a Sabbath. And as per usual, I was in a synagogue teaching the people.

There was a woman there, who had a spirit of infirmity for eighteen years. She was bent over and was not able to raise herself up. When I saw her, I called her to Me.

And she came…

I said to her, “Woman, you are loosed from your infirmity.” I laid My hands on her, and immediately she was made straight, and glorified My Father. 🙂

But because I had healed on the Sabbath, the ruler of the synagogue said with indignation to the crowd, “There are six days on which men ought to work; therefore come and be healed on them, and not on the Sabbath day.” Mmm, now, that was one teaching that I definitely needed to correct him on!

I answered the ruler of the synagogue, “Hypocrite! Does not each one of you on the Sabbath loose his ox or donkey from the stall, and lead it away to water it? So ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has bound for eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the Sabbath?”

The crowd rejoiced at this glorious restoration that had been done. Rejoice, Rejoice!
